    Thomas Runtagh is the proud recipient of a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, an M.S. in Human Resources Management, and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology. Courtesy of the Pennsylvania Department of Education, he is certified as both an Instructional Specialist II in Secondary Social Studies and a Specialist I in Educational Technology. Mr. Runtagh works as an educational technology consultant and has the computer certifications A+, MCP, MCSE, and MCDBA. Notably, he has taught at the high school and adult education level and, outside of teaching, has held positions at radio stations that include general manager, program director, and DJ.
