If you’re using student loans and would like to have your refund transferred to your bank account after each disbursement, please submit a Debit Card Deposit Form to the Office of Financial Aid.
If you’d like to contest your current academic standing, please submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form to the Office of Financial Aid.

For Upcoming Graduates
For Upcoming Associates Graduates, download and submit your Associate of Science Graduation Application no later than the date provided on the form.
If you’re about to complete your associate degree and would like to matriculate into a bachelor’s degree program, please submit our Bachelor of Science Degree Application to the Office of Admissions. We’re excited to have you continue your education with us!
For Upcoming Baccalaureate and Extended Program Graduates, download and submit your Graduation Application no no later than the date provided on the form.
