Unlike typical college meal programs, ours takes student dining to new heights.

Our chef instructors know how important it is to keep students inspired even outside of the classroom, so they design an eclectic set of menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that changes on a regular basis. Student dining is available Monday through Saturday for both Residential Learning students and commuter students.


Start your day in our Pastry Shop by indulging in a chocolate croissant, blueberry muffin, or one of our other delectable breakfast pastries. Yearning for something heartier? Choose from custom omelets, pancakes, sausage, bacon, and more. And, of course, we have fresh juices and smoothies as well as a variety of coffee and teas.


The European Courtyard is the gathering place for a casual lunch. Mingle with friends as you enjoy a menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, burgers, pizza, and light entrées. For dessert, there is no better place to go than our Pastry Shop, where you can also choose from an array of soft drinks, juices, teas, and flavored coffee.


Our student dinner service is appropriately called “Dining Around the World,” and the menu always changes to showcase food from different countries and continents. Featured cuisines include French, Asian, Mediterranean, and American, among many others. Some nights, you will enjoy traditional Southern cooking with fried chicken, biscuits, and crisp, fresh vegetables. Other nights, there will be great plates of pasta such as classic spaghetti bolognese, linguine with clam sauce, and fettuccine alfredo. International surprises include spicy kung pao chicken, shepherd’s pie, Middle Eastern shish kebabs, and Mexican fajitas. As always, you will finish off your meal with a fabulous dessert!
