Pastry Arts majors begin their day in the early morning to bake the freshest bread, croissants, muffins, and danishes to be served in our Pastry Shop. There are cookies to bake, pie crusts to crimp, and baguettes to shape, and our students work under the guidance of certified executive pastry chefs to make these items to perfection. If you’re looking for a specialty cake to celebrate a milestone or just want to indulge your own sweet tooth with an individual French dessert, The Pastry Shop at Walnut Hill College is sure to satisfy!
Enjoy a made-to-order omelet, fruit smoothie, or sandwich during breakfast hours and our delectable pastry selections all day long. A comfortable atmosphere in a quaint setting allows for an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
