A journey to France is a dream come true for anyone serious about fine dining and wine. For our Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts associate students, this dream becomes a reality!
As the only course of its kind in the country, our Tour of France is an eight-day excursion through the charming villages, famous vineyards, and magnificent countryside of the Champagne and Burgundy regions. On this culinary expedition, students learn from local chefs, winemakers, and food artisans, who lead them through fascinating tours and some of the finest dining in Europe.
We will be traveling with a group of Culinary and Pastry Associates Degree Students again this January. Interested in learning more about the exciting trips, click on the links below!

Students earn four credits while touring France with faculty members and a guest French chef. The adventure begins in the Champagne region, where students discover one of France’s luxury champagne houses. Then they travel to Burgundy, Dijon, Beaune, Auxerre, and finally Paris, all while enjoying a hotel breakfast and an exciting day of tours and tastings in each city. Every afternoon, there is free time set aside for shopping, dining, and discovering the special charms of France. Evenings come to a close with a wonderful meal with classmates and mentors.
