    B.S. in Pastry Arts Candidate, Graduating March 2020

    From a young age, Omar Diaz was taught that food is law. With that philosophy, his mother and grandmother taught him and fueled his passion for cooking, although it wasn’t until he graduated high school that he realized his favorite pastime would become his life’s path. After years of working in the industry, Omar found himself enrolled in the Pastry Arts program at Walnut Hill College, and after graduating, he plans on using his career to travel before settling in a spot to open his own business.
