    B.S. in Pastry Arts Candidate, Graduating March 2020

    Katie Smith is currently a student in the B.S. in Pastry Arts program at Walnut Hill College. A graduate of CAPA High School in Philadelphia, Katie’s love of art led her to pursue an education in pastry, finding an appreciation and admiration for the beauty that can be created in a pastry kitchen. After trying another field of study, she found that pastry was still what she wanted to do, and she enrolled at Walnut Hill College. Since then, her love for baking has only grown, encouraged by the wonderful chefs at the school. Katie currently works as a pastry cook at Alma de Cuba.
