Weekly meeting for club members to discuss the nuances of various cocktails and techniques. Must be 21 to taste.

Presented by Mr. Philippe McCartney, C.S.W., this session is offered FREE to WHC students and staff.

Starting tonight, this six week course builds on the techniques taught in the Introduction to the Pastry Arts course, but is also open to those individuals who are comfortable with their baking skills and want to enhance their repertoire.
