B.S. in Restaurant Management Candidate, Graduating July 2019

From a young age, Stephanie Sinclair started to develop a passion for food as she spent many days assisting her mom in the kitchen, going over to her grandmother’s house to prepare holiday meals, and cooking soup with her aunt and cousin. However, at nine years old, Stephanie was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, which eliminated gluten from her diet but sparked her dream to cook for people with dietary restrictions by one day owning her own gluten-free and allergy-friendly restaurant. In March 2018, Stephanie received her A.S. in Restaurant Management as her class valedictorian and is now pursuing her bachelor’s degree. Aside from the Student Leadership Development Institute, Stephanie is an active member of Walnut Hill College, as she is the President of the Healthy Cooking & Baking Club and Vice President of the Wine Club. She has also dedicated her time to the College’s beverage program as Editor of the Wine List.
