    Executive Chef, Kimpton Hotel Monaco

    Caitlin Mateo is the executive chef of the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia, a multi-venue operation that includes a high-volume bi-level restaurant, a nightlife venue, 24-hour in-room dining, and banquets and catering. Chef Mateo graduated from Walnut Hill College with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2007.
