Four unique restaurants offer students multiple opportunities to experience the intensity of the growing restaurant industry. Naturally, students benefit from preparing different cuisines, but equally important, is the experience that students have in responding to the varied ambiance and environments.
Guests can choose to dine at the elegant Great Chefs of Philadelphia Restaurant, whose menu is developed by some of Philadelphia's most notable chefs. The International Courtyard resemble a theatrical public square with beautiful storefronts, cobblestone paths, and terrace dining. The Italian Trattoria features casual dining with regional Italian pasta specialties. The American Heartland is an American treasure serving a contemporary approach to traditional American fare.
