We recognize your talent. Now let us help you find the jobs that match–and challenge–your skill set.
Career Development at Walnut Hill College begins on the first day of school. Our faculty members understand the expectations of the hospitality industry and guide each student toward a successful career. In the classroom, students learn how to develop effective résumés and portfolios while exploring various interviewing techniques. Students are encouraged to visit the Career Development Office regularly for invaluable counsel and job search assistance. Additionally, the office keeps detailed records on each student’s professional development.
The Career Development Office receives numerous requests from Food Service and Hospitality businesses for staffing assistance, which offers our students and alumni a wide range of employment opportunities. To promote the success of our students in their job searches, we invite personnel directors and proprietors of successful restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses to attend our job fairs and hold on-the-spot interviews on campus.
Whether you are interested in working at Walt Disney World® in Orlando, Florida, a luxury casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, or a bed and breakfast in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the Career Development Office has the resources to connect you with the right people to get you started in your career.
