Philippe McCartney, CSW


Our resident sommelier, Mr. McCartney, began his career at Walnut Hill College in 1996. Under his guidance, the wine list for the restaurants at Walnut Hill College have been awarded The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for the past six years.

Mr. McCartney’s previous experience includes positions as general manager for Susanna Foo, Inc., multi-unit manager for The Sheraton Valley Forge Complex, food and beverage manager for Marriott, Inc., and maitre d’hotel for La Camargue.
