Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations at Walnut Hill College, Dennis Liberati manages the college’s Purchasing Department, which receives and distributes all of the food for all degree classes, Community Education courses, and restaurant operations. He also oversees the purchase and distribution of specialty items for the college as a whole as well as for special events.
A graduate of the first Chef Training Program at Walnut Hill College, Mr. Liberati started as a sous chef for the Marriott Corporation, working in four of the company’s restaurants. He was previously part owner and operator of a farmers market, owner of D. Liberati Catering, a white glove catering company in Media, and an instructor of various community education classes in Newtown Square.
