Professor Brooks has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and has done everything from working in a bustling airport’s food operation to navigating hotels in the boutique, upscale convention, and luxury markets. Though her first passion is the hospitality industry, her near second is learning and development.
Professor Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Drexel University. She is president of her local Toastmaster’s International Club, a member of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, and a participant in the National Speakers Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s Emerging Speaker Program.
