Alumnus, A.S./B.S. in Culinary Arts
In 2014, Adam Flax graduated from the Associate of Science in Culinary Arts program with a 3.9 GPA and our prestigious Spirit of the Industry Award. The accomplished scholar then went on to receive his bachelor’s degree as the valedictorian of the July 2015 graduating class. Through his schooling, Adam found the desire to help others and aspires to be a teacher one day. In fact, he’s well on his way: Adam is currently a Culinary Arts Fellow who works directly with our chef instructors and students during dining room operations.
